A minimalist Fray Leon house is located on the east side of Santiago, Chile, this residence was designed by 57 studio and has a bigger field and ampler space, without leaving the traditional neighborhood where it has lived for almost 30 years. This old house structured with Concrete, Steel and Travertine Marble. The main characteristics of the neighborhood are the presence of old growth trees and huge lots with houses that have a limited relation with the street. The swimming pool is located towards the west on the site lowest point.
