Kevin deFreitas, as the architect of Casa Familia, was design this modestly sized home with highly efficient construction to reduce energy, water, and all resource consumption. Through research and experimentation, this house successfully consuming less electricity and water than other similar home size and but still provide comfortable and modern home for the family. This Casa Familia was located in San Diego, California, and apart from all the efficiency and conservation in resources, this home was having contemporary home design in interior and dominated by wooden furniture in some area of the house.
