This small modern guest house located in Beverly Hills was designed by Aleks Istanbullu Architects by taking the term “green house” to an entirely new, less botanical, less humid level. From the exterior the house looks like a fanciful, tweaked version of a cartoon house, with shades of green colored fiber cement. Inside guests will find sleek lines, and chocolate brown wood panels from floor to ceiling on select walls, a double-height library with 16-foot-tall bookshelves, a kitchen and one bedroom, one bathroom.
