This space saving house has oriented towards the garden is called “Haus Elise” designed by Austrian architects Synn Architekten is a low energy house, located in Vienna. The gardens are situated almost in every space, except the study room which overlooks the street.
The project idea consists of three raised volumes of differing heights connected by a ’spine’ featured side rooms and the kitchen as well as the stairs are located. Children’s room is located in the structure closed to the street and master’s bedroom and the guest bedroom float above the garden by the raised structure and garage located below on it.
